What is Wellness?
“Wellness is an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices toward, a more successful existence.” National Wellness Institute
Wellness is multidimensional and includes six dimensions: emotional, occupational, physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual. Paying attention to all six dimensions in our lives helps build a holistic sense of wellness.
